Assigning and Tracking Licenses

Updated over a month ago

When managing suppliers in Panorays, users are responsible for assigning the appropriate license (evaluation type) and monitoring license usage. This ensures each supplier is evaluated based on your organization’s risk management needs and that product usage stays within your licensing limits.

🔍Assigning Evaluation Types to Suppliers

When adding a new supplier or editing an existing one, you must assign one of the following assessment types. Only the assessment types your company is licensed for (plus Inventory) will be shown.
