When you add a supplier to Panorays, you'll assign it an evaluation type (also called a license type). This determines how that supplier is assessed and ensures your organization stays within its licensed usage.
Assigning an Evaluation Type
When adding or editing a supplier, you'll choose one of the assessment types your company is licensed for. Only the types your company has purchased will appear as options.

Editing or Upgrading Supplier Assessments
You can change a supplier’s assessment type at any time via the 'Info' tab in your supplier's page.
How Panorays Licensing Works
Monitoring licenses are freed up when a supplier is deleted, archived, or rejected - the slot becomes available again for another supplier.
Assessment and Inventory licenses work differently: deleting, archiving, or rejecting a supplier does not release the consumed license. Once used, that license remains consumed.
Annual reset: Assessment and Inventory licenses can be reset once a year, at your license renewal date. This reset is not automatic - contact your account manager to request it.

Viewing License Usage
The License Usage feature enables Admin users to track the number of licenses purchased for each Panorays product and the number currently in use.
