Creating and Editing Live Dashboards

This article explains how to create, customize, and manage your own Live Dashboards in Panorays.


Creating a new Live Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Dashboards and Reports → Live Dashboards.

  2. Click Create Report in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose Add Widget to start building your dashboard.

  4. Select the widgets you want to add.

You can add multiple widgets to the same dashboard.


Available widgets

Live Dashboards include over 20 data visualization widgets, such as:

  • Approval Status Summary

  • Risk Rating Breakdown

  • Suppliers Added Over Time

  • Highest Risk Suppliers

  • And more

Widgets are designed to give you flexibility in how you visualize and analyze your data.


Customizing your dashboard

After adding widgets, you can:

  • Rearrange widgets to control layout

  • Resize widgets to highlight key insights

  • Apply filters (Risk Rating, Business Impact, Segments, Tags, and Portfolios)

  • Review data using drill-down where supported

All changes are reflected immediately using live data.


Saving dashboards

Once your dashboard is ready:

  1. Save it to Saved Views.

  2. Your dashboard will be:

    • Stored on the platform

    • Updated daily with live data

    • Available for editing at any time

Saved dashboards appear under Saved Views in the Configured section.


Editing an existing dashboard

To edit a saved dashboard:

  1. Open the dashboard from Saved Views.

  2. Make any changes to widgets, layout, or filters.

  3. Save your updates to apply them.


Exporting Live Dashboards

All Live Dashboards — including saved dashboards — can be exported as PDF reports with a single click, making it easy to share insights internally or externally.
