The Supplier Table in the Panorays platform provides a centralized, high-level overview of all your suppliers. It is designed to help you quickly understand each supplier’s risks and status without opening individual records.
Overview of Supplier Information
Within the Supplier Table, you can see essential details for each supplier, including:
Questionnaire Statuses or Scores
View the current status of questionnaires or review the supplier’s questionnaire scores to understand their compliance and progress.License Type
Identify the type of license associated with each supplier.Cyber Posture Rating
Review the supplier’s external cybersecurity posture rating.Bottom Line Risk Rating
See the overall risk rating, which reflects the supplier’s aggregated risk level.
Default Sorting
The Supplier Table is automatically sorted from:
Newest suppliers added → Oldest suppliers
This ensures that recently added suppliers are immediately visible at the top of the table.
Searching and Filtering Suppliers
To help you quickly find specific suppliers, the table includes advanced search and filtering capabilities.
You can filter suppliers based on:
Company Name
Questionnaire statuses
Content inside
Segments
License types
And additional filtering criteria
Customizing the Supplier Table
The Supplier Table can be reorganized by dragging and dropping columns into your preferred order.
Use the Supplier Table as your primary workspace to efficiently manage and monitor supplier risk.
Exporting Supplier Data
The Supplier Table does not support PDF export. It is designed for viewing, filtering, and navigating to individual supplier records — not for generating downloadable reports.
To export supplier data:
PDF report → Use Live Dashboards. Build a dashboard with the relevant widgets (e.g. Questionnaire Status Breakdown) and export it as a PDF.
Excel/CSV data → Use Analysis and Operation Reports to download full records.
