The Email Template Customization feature allows you to customize the emails sent from the platform to your suppliers.
To view this feature, click on the Company Settings icon and then navigate to “Email Template Customization”.
You can customize the emails for the Security Questionnaires, Remediation Tasks, and Security Passport.
Select which email type and the template you’d like to customize.
For each template, you’ll have the option to edit the subject, body and if there is a disclaimer or not.
When making changes in the Editor on the right, you’ll see those changes in the email example on the left so you can preview your customizations.
You may also add pre-populated fields to your email. Click on the field to copy it, and then paste it where you’d like it to appear in your email.
Once you complete your customizations, you can view your email by clicking “Preview.” This allows you to see the email that your supplier will receive.
If you are satisfied with your customizations, click “Publish Changes”. Email changes will be effective immediately. Alternatively, you can discard any changes.” made or restore the default text of the email.
Once an email has been customized, you can see which templates have been customized.
