The Business Snapshot, located in your Security Profile, provides an overview of your organization, including:
Industry and location
Number of employees
Social media links
Security information, such as certifications and auto-discovered compliance data
You can edit this information at any time to ensure it reflects the most up-to-date details about your organization. For a how-to video, please click here.
How to Edit the Business Snapshot
Navigate to My Company → Security Profile.
Select the Business Snapshot icon in the top-right corner.
Click Edit in the top-right of the Business Snapshot panel.
💡 Tip
Once a field is edited, it will no longer update automatically.
To revert to automatic updates, click Reset after making edits.
❗ Important
An “Override Data” confirmation alert will appear when switching from automatic to manual updates. Click Continue to proceed.
Editing Fields
Each field in the Business Snapshot can be edited individually.
Make updates directly within the editable fields.
Saving and Reverting Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
To revert to the original automatically populated data, click Restore.
💡 Tip
Use Restore at any time to return the snapshot to automatically updated values without manual input.
