You can easily invite your suppliers to access their own Panorays Security Profile in order to collaborate on security assessments, view remediation plans, and respond to questionnaires.
🔍How to Invite a Supplier
Navigate to the Supplier Page for the supplier you wish to invite.
Click the three-dot menu next to the supplier's name.
Select "Invite Supplier".
Choose an existing contact or add a new one.
(Optional) Add a personal message that will be included in the email invitation.
You can invite multiple contacts per supplier; each will receive their invitation to register for Panorays.
✅Supplier Registration
Once invited, the supplier contact(s) will receive an email with a registration link. After completing their registration, they will gain access to:
Their company’s Security Profile
Remediation Plans you’ve shared
Security Questionnaires they’ve been asked to complete
✅Viewing a Remediation Plan
In order to view and act on a Remediation Plan, the supplier must first register for an account via the invitation email. The link to register is included in the same email that notifies them of the plan.
✅Responding to a Security Questionnaire
When the supplier clicks the link in the email invitation, they are prompted to add a passphrase to view the questionnaire.
From the second session forward, the suppliers are required to log in or register.Once registered or logged in, they will be taken directly to the questionnaire.
