External Conversations
If you need clarification or additional information from a supplier regarding specific answers in their questionnaire, you can easily communicate with them using the Conversation feature.
🔍 How to Message a Supplier
Navigate to the relevant questionnaire.
On the right-hand side of each question, you'll see a conversation bubble icon.
Click the icon and enter your message.
The supplier will receive an email notification prompting them to view and respond to your message.
💡 Note: If the supplier is not yet registered with Panorays, they will be invited to register for free through the notification email to reply.
🔔 How to Track Supplier Replies
If a supplier responds to your message, a red dot will appear next to the category name in the questionnaire, indicating an unread message.
Internal Conversations Within Your Company
In addition to messaging suppliers, you can now have internal discussions directly within the Panorays platform.
🔍 How Internal Conversations Work
You can start an internal thread on any question by tagging a teammate (e.g., @john.doe) in the message box.
Only Panorays users within your organization will be able to view and participate in these internal conversations.
Internal messages are not visible to the supplier.

🔍 Sharing a Questionnaire with a Colleague
If you need assistance completing a Security Questionnaire for a customer, you can easily share it with a colleague.
Each stakeholder will receive a unique, secure link to access the questionnaire.
💡 Share via Email
Open the email with the questionnaire details.
Click the “Share this questionnaire to collaborate with your team” link.
Enter the details of the colleague you want to invite.
Optionally, add a note to provide context about the request.
Repeat for as many colleagues as needed. Each will receive their own access link to collaborate on the questionnaire.
💡 Share from the Questionnaire
Open the questionnaire.
Click “Collaborate” in the top right of the questionnaire.
Enter the details of the colleague(s) and add an optional note.
Each invited colleague will receive a secure link to help complete the request.
