Revoking a Questionnaire

Evaluators can revoke a questionnaire using self-service controls in the platform. Revoking a questionnaire immediately stops the supplier from submitting responses.

Who can revoke a questionnaire

  • Only users with Admin privileges can revoke questionnaires

When a questionnaire can be revoked

Evaluators can revoke a questionnaire in the following statuses:

  • Sent

  • In Progress (Only external questionnaires)

  • Expired

On the evaluator side

  • The questionnaire is removed from the My Questionnaires tab

  • No further responses can be collected for that questionnaire.

On the supplier side

  • The questionnaire remains visible.

  • The supplier can not submit the questionnaire.

  • Any data already entered by the supplier remains visible to them.

Supplier notification

When a questionnaire is revoked, an automated revocation email is sent to the supplier’s contact—the same contact the questionnaire was originally sent to—informing them that the questionnaire is no longer active.
