Evaluators can revoke a questionnaire using self-service controls in the platform. Revoking a questionnaire immediately stops the supplier from submitting responses.

Evaluators can revoke a questionnaire in the following statuses:
Sent
In Progress
Expired

âWhat happens when a questionnaire is revoked
On the evaluator side
The questionnaire is removed from the My Questionnaires tab
No further responses can be collected for that questionnaire.

On the supplier side
The questionnaire remains visible.
âThe supplier cannot submit the questionnaire.
âAny data already entered by the supplier remains visible to them.

đSupplier notification
When a questionnaire is revoked, an automated revocation email is sent to the supplierâs contactâthe same contact the questionnaire was originally sent toâinforming them that the questionnaire is no longer active.
