This article explains the different statuses of a Security Questionnaire and what actions you can take in each stage.
Once a questionnaire is sent to a supplier, its status will be updated automatically based on the progress.
⚡Questionnaire Statuses
Sent / Pending Response
The questionnaire has been sent, but not yet been started by the supplier.You cannot edit or send another questionnaire while it is in this state.
In Progress / Pending Response
The supplier has opened and started answering the questionnaire, but has not yet submitted it.You cannot edit or send another questionnaire while it is in this state.
Expired
The due date has passed, and the supplier did not submit the questionnaire.You can extend the expiration date if needed.
Done
The supplier has completed and submitted the questionnaire.You can now review the answers.
You also have the option to resend the same questionnaire or send a new one.
✏️Managing Questionnaires
If you want to resend a questionnaire while it is still In Progress, you must first revoke the current questionnaire before sending another.
