Start by sending a questionnaire to a supplier or completing one internally within Panorays.Upload your documents
When you begin completing the questionnaire, select AI-Powered Mode, then upload your compliance or security documents (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, SIG, CAIQ) to your profile or directly into the questionnaire.AI gets to work
Panorays’ AI scans your uploaded documents, identifies relevant content, and matches it to the questionnaire questions.Review and finalize

Why did AI answer 0 questions after I uploaded my documents?
This means the AI did not find a strong enough match between your uploaded documents and the questionnaire questions. When no document match is found, questions remain blank — they are not automatically answered.
What to do:
Scroll through the questionnaire to see which questions are unanswered — they will appear blank.
Complete any unanswered questions manually.
For better results next time, upload more comprehensive documents such as SOC 2 reports, ISO 27001 certificates, or NIST frameworks.
Make sure your documents are text-searchable (not scanned images).
How do I know if the AI is in "AI-Powered Mode"?
When starting the questionnaire, look for the AI-Powered Mode button or toggle. If you completed the questionnaire without selecting this mode first, the AI will not have been activated — you can re-enter the questionnaire and enable it.
