Panorays uses a secure questionnaire signup flow that validates contacts before granting access.
When a company sends you a questionnaire as part of evaluating your organization, you’ll receive an email invitation from Panorays.
In the email, click Fill out the Questionnaire to get started — you’ll be redirected to the Panorays platform to complete it.
How the signup flow works
There are two different signup flows, depending on whether you’re a new supplier or an existing supplier in Panorays.
Signup flow for a new supplier
Click the questionnaire link in the email.
You’ll be redirected to the Panorays platform.
Accept Panorays’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
The next time you access the platform:
You’ll be prompted to create a password
You’ll need to verify your email address to validate your user
Signup flow for an existing supplier
Existing user
You’ll be redirected directly to the Panorays login page.
New user (within an existing supplier)
You’ll be redirected to a short signup form.
Create a password and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Verify your email address to complete user validation.
After you submit the questionnaire
Your answers are saved to Smart Match, helping you complete future questionnaires faster.
You’ll be redirected to a Welcome page, where you can:
View your company’s Cyber Security Posture
Add a supplier to your company’s environment
