Activity Center

The Activity Center provides a complete audit trail of events across the Panorays platform, giving you full visibility into vendor management activity and supplier communications.

It captures historical actions and changes, helping you understand what happened, who did it, and when—all in one place.


Access the Activity Center

  1. Open the Reporting Hub.

  2. Select Activity Center.

By default, you’ll see all historical events across all vendors, displayed in chronological order (most recent first).


🔍What you can track

The Activity Center records a wide range of events, including:

  • Vendor management actions

  • Supplier communications and updates

  • Risk updates

  • Questionnaire activity (sent, submitted, internal notes, score overrides)

  • Internal user activity

  • Platform and process-related changes

  • API actions (generation, deletion, and regeneration of API tokens)

  • Security login events

  • Status changes of remediation tasks

  • Re-assignment of remediation tasks or manual due date adjustments

  • Reminders sent to suppliers for incomplete tasks or questionnaires

  • General tasks assigned internally or externally with due dates

  • Changes to supplier or segment names

  • Addition, editing, or removal of custom factors and their impact on scores

Each event includes:

  • Event type

  • The user who performed the action

  • Associated vendor

  • Date and time


Filter and export data

To help you focus on what matters most, you can:

  • Filter events by event type, category, user, vendor, or date

  • Customize your view to surface specific activities

  • Export results to a CSV file for reporting or audits
