If your supplier has a SIG questionnaire (2017 or later) and would like to submit it instead of completing your company’s security questionnaire, Panorays offers two options: SIG Import and SIG Upload.
To enable either option, please contact your Panorays Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your CSM will help determine which option best fits your use case.
⚠️ Important:
SIG Import and SIG Upload are mutually exclusive and cannot be enabled at the same time.
🔍 How It Works
Both options leverage the Shared Assessments SIG question serial numbers to match, read, and score questionnaire responses. The difference lies in how the supplier’s SIG is applied within Panorays.

Best for:
Organizations that want to keep their own SIG questionnaire structure while reusing supplier-provided answers where possible.
How SIG Import Works
The system auto-fills matching questions that appear in both:
Your SIG questionnaire
The supplier’s SIG questionnaire
Questions are matched using Shared Assessments serial numbers.
Any questions in your SIG that do not exist in the supplier’s SIG must be completed manually by the supplier.
Key Requirements
You must send a SIG template to the supplier.
The supplier uses their SIG to populate matching answers.

Best for:
Organizations that prefer to accept and score the supplier’s SIG as-is.
How SIG Upload Works
The supplier uploads their own SIG questionnaire file.
The uploaded SIG replaces the questionnaire template that was sent.
Panorays reads and scores the SIG using Shared Assessments serial numbers.
No SIG template needs to be sent to the supplier.
