The remediation flow is how evaluators track and resolve findings with their suppliers, from the moment an issue is raised to the point it's fixed or formally accepted. We've made two improvements that keep task data accurate, preserve a clean audit trail, and cut down on manual rework.
Who it's for: Evaluators who manage remediation tasks and disputes.
Availability: Generally available (released May 2026).
Editable Remediation Findings
Previously, once a remediation task was opened, its findings were locked - to add or change information you had to delete the task and start over, losing the work and history along the way.
Now, findings inside a remediation task are editable.
Why it helps:
Preserves the full audit history of the task.
No need to delete and rebuild a task when new findings surface - just update in place.
Automatic "Done" Status for Accepted Disputes
Previously, when a dispute was accepted, evaluators didn't have an accurate status to reflect it and often used Accept Risk, which didn't correctly capture that the findings had been removed.
Now, when all findings in a task are moved to Dispute Accepted, the task automatically updates to Done, with the closing reason:
"All findings are in 'accept risk' status."
Why it helps:
Task status accurately reflects what actually happened.
Cleaner reporting and less manual status-keeping.
How to Use It
To edit findings: Open the remediation task and update the finding details directly.
For accepted disputes: No action needed - once every finding in a task is set to Dispute Accepted, the task closes as Done automatically.
