You can invite your suppliers to access their own Panorays Security Profile, so they can collaborate on security assessments, view remediation plans, and respond to questionnaires.
How to Invite a Supplier
Navigate to the Supplier Page for the supplier you wish to invite.
Choose the relevant supplier.
Select Invite Supplie (one of the four buttons on the top right of the screen)
Choose an existing contact or add a new one.
(Optional) Add a personal message to include in the email invitation.
You can invite multiple contacts per supplier - each will receive their own invitation to register for Panorays.
Supplier Registration
Once invited, the supplier contact(s) will receive an email with a registration link. After completing registration, they will gain access to:
Their company's Security Profile
Remediation plans you've shared
Security questionnaires they've been asked to complete
Viewing a Remediation Plan
To view and act on a remediation plan, the supplier must first register for an account via the invitation email. The link to register is included in the same email that notifies them of the plan.
Responding to a Security Questionnaire
When the supplier clicks the link in the email invitation, they're prompted to add a passphrase to view the questionnaire.
From their second session onward, suppliers are required to log in or register. Once registered or logged in, they're taken directly to the questionnaire.
