You can now send questionnaires directly to individual segments, giving you more control and accuracy when assessing risk at the segment level.
✅What’s Changed?
Until now, questionnaires were only sent at the parent company level, and all segments inherited them automatically. This made it hard to assess segments independently and led to less accurate risk ratings.
With our latest update, you can:
Send questionnaires to specific segments
Use internal or external templates
Reuse templates across multiple segments under the same parent
Keep segment results separate from the parent company
Retrieve segment data via API
Manage segment-specific files and documents
🔍 How it works
Go to the Questionnaires tab.
Choose the segment you want to assess.
Select or create a template.
Send and manage responses just like you would for a company!
💡Important Notes for Existing Users
Existing parent-level questionnaires won’t be changed.
Segments will no longer inherit parent questionnaires.
All segments will now start with a clean slate—no questionnaires assigned by default.
Risk scores and ratings will be calculated independently per segment.
