Answer Validation helps you verify questionnaire responses after suppliers submit them.Instead of checking each document manually, the AI reviews the evidence for you — saving time and making your validation process more consistent.
🔍How it works
Head over to the supplier’s Questionnaire tab and open the one you want to review.
Scroll until you see “Evidence within docs”, then click to open the side panel.
In the panel, you’ll see:
The AI-inferred answer from their uploaded documents.
A match score indicating the AI's confidence in the evidence supporting the answer.
A reasoning section explaining why the AI reached that conclusion.
❓What does the match score mean?
The AI calculates a confidence score based on:
Document match: How relevant the document evidence is to the question.
Answer match: How strongly does that evidence support (or contradict) the supplier’s answer.
