Smart Match is an AI-powered feature designed to simplify and accelerate the process of completing security questionnaires. By leveraging your organization’s previously submitted answers, Smart Match identifies and suggests potential responses to new questions, ranked by similarity score and supported by contextual data such as the original questionnaire, who answered it, and more.
🔍How It Works
Smart Match compares each new question with your company's existing knowledge base, comprising all previously answered questions, regardless of which company sent it. The system identifies the most relevant historical answers and presents them with a similarity score, enabling you to reuse accurate responses confidently.
Autocomplete Your Questionnaire in One Click
You can now auto-complete questionnaires using Smart Match suggestions:
1. Click the "Review All Matches" in the Smatch bar.
2. Approve the suggestion to automatically fill in all questions with a similarity score of 85% or higher by clicking ‘Apply All' or ‘Apply’ one by one
3. Any previously selected answers in the questionnaire will be overwritten if they meet the 85% match threshold.
4. Questions with a match score of less than 85% or no match will remain unchanged for manual review.

🔍 How It Works
Access “Company Questionnaires” – You’ll see the Smart Match Knowledge Base tab, where you can upload:
SIG questionnaire
Previous Questionnaires
Click “Upload Previous Questionnaires” – A window will open, allowing you to download the Q&A Knowledge Base Template. Fill out the template – Add past questions and answers.
💡The “Category” column is optional.
Upload the completed template – Smart Match will process the file and match similar questions. This may take a few minutes.
💡For SIG, please upload a formal SIG questionnaire template.
