Security questions can come in various formats, including emails, spreadsheets, or third-party portals. It’s not always easy to locate the right answer when you need it. The Answer Lookup feature helps by allowing you to search across all previously answered questions within Panorays and your entire Smart Match knowledge base.
✨What You Can Do with Answer Lookup
On the Answer Lookup page, you can enter any question and receive relevant matches based on:
Smart Match Knowledge Base
Finds the most similar question-answer pairs submitted by your company.
Uploaded Files
Includes matches from files you’ve added to your knowledge base (e.g., SIGs, past questionnaires, spreadsheets).
🔍 How It Works
Type a question into the search bar
View the most relevant answers in the results table.
Copy the answer(s) you want to reuse in your current questionnaire.
You can also try the feature with example questions provided on the main page.

To upload:
Paste your Q&A into the provided template
Drag and drop the completed file into the upload section.
