Portfolios

Portfolios help you organize suppliers and control user access within your organization. Admins can control which users have access to each Portfolio, ensuring that the right people can view supplier data in Panorays.


Setting Up a New Portfolio

  1. Navigate to Company Settings → Portfolio Management

  2. Click Add Portfolio

  3. Enter a name for the Portfolio

  4. Click Save

✏️ To rename a Portfolio, click the pencil button near the current name


Allocating Users to Portfolios

  1. Go to Company Settings → User Management

  2. Select the user you want to edit

  3. Toggle the Portfolios that the user can access

  4. Click Save

⚠️ Users can access one or multiple Portfolios depending on what you assign.


Assigning Suppliers to Portfolios

  1. Open a supplier’s page and navigate to the INFO tab

  2. Select the Portfolios the supplier should belong to

  3. Click Save


Accessing Portfolios

  1. Click All Portfolios (top-left)

  2. Select the Portfolio you want to view

⚠️ Each user will see only the portfolios they were assigned to by the Admin


Deleting a Portfolio

  1. Click the delete icon next to the Portfolio

  2. Suppliers in the deleted Portfolio move automatically to the Default Portfolio

⚠️ Default Portfolio cannot be deleted. To remove it:

  • Assign a new default Portfolio

  • Delete the original default Portfolio
