The Panorays Intake Form makes it easy to add new suppliers to your environment — no registration or Panorays account required. Internal stakeholders, such as business owners or relationship managers, can quickly submit supplier information, which is automatically added to the platform.
❓Who can use the Intake Form?
The Intake Form is designed for:
Internal stakeholders without Panorays access
Business owners or relationship managers who need to add new suppliers
If a colleague isn’t a Panorays user, they can still add suppliers using a shared Intake Form link.
Sharing the Intake Form
To allow colleagues to add suppliers:
Navigate to Business Information Management.
Click Share Intake Form.
Copy the link to send to your colleague.
💡Important:
If the colleague uses an email outside your company domain, you must whitelist their email before sending the link.
The share link can be deactivated at any time by toggling off the button.
Accessing the shared Intake Form
When accessing the form, your colleague will need to:
Enter their email address.
Receive a one-time password (OTP) sent to their email.
Copy and paste the OTP on the webpage to proceed.
Once verified, they can begin adding supplier details.
Submitting supplier information
Enter the supplier name or primary domain, then click Next.
Complete the Business Information fields, including contact details.
Optionally, subscribe to Business Owner notifications.
Click Done when finished.
A confirmation window will appear, indicating that the supplier has been added to your environment as an Inventory Legacy type.
After submission
The business impact is calculated instantly (if configured based on the form answers).
Suppliers added via the Intake Form are initially marked as Inventory Legacy with no evaluation type.
Users with permission to edit supplier information can change the supplier to an Active Evaluation type when needed.
Admins and relevant users can receive notifications about newly added suppliers to assign evaluation types and initiate questionnaires or cyber posture assessments.
The Intake Form simplifies adding new suppliers, keeps your environment up to date, and ensures that key stakeholders can contribute without requiring a Panorays access.
