Extending an Expired Questionnaire

Updated over 3 weeks ago

When a questionnaire is sent by an evaluator and not completed by the due date, it moves to the "Expired" category. Once expired, the supplier can no longer complete it.

If the questionnaire still needs to be completed after the expiration date, the evaluator can extend the due date. Suppliers can reach out to the evaluator to request this extension.

🔍 How It Works

  1. Go to the Supplier Page
Navigate to the supplier's profile and open the "Questionnaire" tab.

  2. Select “Change Due Date”
Locate the relevant questionnaire and click “Change Due Date” on the right-hand side.

  3. Set a New Due Date
Choose the new due date. You can also add a personal note if needed.

💡 Note: The system will suggest a default due date one month from today, but this can be adjusted.

  4. Click “Change”
Once saved, the questionnaire's due date will be updated, and the supplier will receive an email notification with the new deadline.
